Steven P. Savarese, Jr. returned home in 2006 to his native roots of Daphne, Alabama to follow his passion for the law. The son of legendary football coach Steve Savarese, Sr., Steven's commitment to pursuing justice for his clients through teamwork, a strong work ethic, and most importantly character, class, and dignity were developed at home and on the field—where he and his teammates were led to many victories under the leadership of his father.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences with Special Honors from the University of Alabama in 2003. While at the University of Alabama, Steven was a Capstone Scholar and McWane Scholar, a member of the University Honor Program, a recipient of numerous honors and awards and a member and officer of the Delta Chi Fraternity.

Upon graduation, Steven attended the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as Vice-President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (Alabama Chapter), competed on the University of Alabama National Trial Advocacy Team, and earned the George Peach Taylor Award for excellence in trial advocacy. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2006.

Since beginning his practice, Steven has served as lead and co-lead counsel in numerous cases. His practice areas include eighteen-wheeler trucking accidents, automobile and motorcycle accidents, industrial accidents, product defects, medical negligence, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home neglect, and fraud.

Steven is admitted to practice law in the state courts of three states—Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi—as well as the U.S. District Court of Southern Alabama. Steven is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Florida State Bar, Mississippi State Bar, Baldwin County Bar Association, Mobile Bar Association, Alabama Association of Justice, where he is a member of the Emerging Leaders, and South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. He serves on the executive committee of the Mobile County Bar Association and the Mobile Bar Association of Young Lawyers.

Steven is an active member of Christ the King Catholic Church, where he serves on the Parish Council. Giving back to the community that gave him so much is important to Steven, and he follows through by volunteering his time with the Christ the King Lightkeepers (the youth group of the parish), serves as the Vice-President of Family Promise of Baldwin County, and is a member of SEEDS. Additionally, Steven is a member of the Volunteer Lawyer Program, providing free legal service to citizens in need. In his spare time, Steven enjoys playing softball, basketball, football, running, boating, fishing, and is teaching himself to play the guitar.

Steven resides in Daphne.
